Shipping policy

Made to order

CatFat clothing is produced after you order. Standard production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time is additional; express shipping does not shorten production time.

Shipping prices and destinations

Available shipping options, charges and applicable checkout taxes are shown before payment, based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. An order containing different types of clothing may have combined shipping charges and may arrive in separate parcels. If no shipping option appears for your address, contact us before ordering.

Delivery estimates

After production, our fulfillment partner's general estimates are 1–8 business days for domestic shipping and 1–20 business days for international shipping. The actual estimate depends on where your order is produced, its destination and the shipping method. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; stock availability, carrier disruption and customs can cause delays.

Shipping confirmation and tracking information are provided when your order ships. Separate shipments may have separate tracking numbers. Please allow the carrier time to update its tracking after a label is created.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your address carefully before paying. If something is wrong, contact us promptly; we cannot guarantee a change once production or shipping has started. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or is unclaimed, additional reshipping charges may apply. We will explain any applicable charge before arranging reshipment.

For a missing, late or damaged parcel, email catfatsupport@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details. Please report a suspected lost parcel promptly, preferably within 30 days of its estimated delivery date, so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner. This does not limit your statutory rights.

International orders

Import duties or local charges may be assessed by the destination country where applicable. These are separate from charges collected at checkout unless explicitly included there.
